Join us for Gallery Night Live, sponsored by Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables!
This evening, the Museum will be premiering the exhibition, “Future Tense” by local artist Judith Berk King as part of our Caribbee Club Project.
Other exhibitions on view are: “Kindred Spirits: Ten Artists by the Hudson,” curated by Anelys Alvarez; “Sacred Ground: The Rise, Fall & Revival of Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery,” featuring highlights from the archives and restoration of Lincoln Memorial Park, and “Caretakers,” by renowned Miami Herald Photographers Carl Juste and C. W. Griffin.
Among other amenities in the courtyard, we will be offering live music in collaboration with the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music; the creations of botanical and scientific illustrator, Margie Bauer, who will be selling original season cards; and classic Southern barbecue by Brownsville’s local grill, Graveyard Inn – a team that generously cooks for the volunteers that come to the Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery every second Saturday during the Museum’s “Hands On History Community Clean Up” sessions.
Enjoy FREE museum admission and a cash bar. This event is brought to you on the first Friday of every month, in conjunction with Coral Gables Gallery Night.
