Miami Art Week expands west! The Coral Gables Museum, together with the Young Associates of the Coral Gables Museum and the Business Improvement District of Downtown Coral Gables, presents Backyard Basel — a special Art Basel–inspired edition of the Museum’s beloved Gallery Night series.

Experience Downtown Coral Gables transformed into a vibrant hub of art, music, and community! Enjoy outdoor art markets featuring local artists with works from $50–$5,000, live music by Mama Fuma, delicious bites from local restaurants, and a beer station by Prison Pals Brewing Co.

For an elevated experience, step inside the VIP Collectors’ Lounge, featuring a bubbly bar by Happy Wine Calle Ocho, craft beer by Unseen Creatures Brewing and Blending, chef-driven bites, large-scale art installations, and exclusive artist meet-and-greets.

Coinciding with Backyard Basel, the Museum will also debut Happy 100th Birthday, Celia!, a special exhibition celebrating the centennial of Celia Cruz, presented in partnership with the Celia Cruz Foundation. The show features intimate portraits by Alexis Rodríguez-Duarte and Tico Torres, on view through February 22, 2026.
