Morocco – a name that evokes the imagination of the young and the wanderlust of the old. A name that smells like spices and popular food, that looks like bright colors and artful architecture, a name carrying the air of mysterious Arabic stories and the sounds of hypnotic music.
This Family Day, the Coral Gables Museum, the Consulate General of Morocco, and the Moroccan American Council Association of South Florida (MACA-SF) open the doors to children and families to experience storytelling from Morocco and engage in hands-on artmaking guided by four well-known artists from Morocco.
