Jan 18: Healthy Start Bicycle Tour
Begin the new year with a healthy bike ride around Coral Gables with stops that highlight healthy spaces and ways to be your best self in 2026.
Feb 15: Biltmore Turns 100
The Biltmore Hotel was built in under a year, but after it’s opening in January 1926, it underwent a series of uses. After near- bankruptcy and demolition, it was restored to its grandeur of today. We will ride to the Biltmore, where our tour guide, Chris Rupp, Executive Director of Dade Heritage Trust, will treat us to the grand tour.
Mar 15: Bike & BBQ / A Cycle Day Event*
Join us for the most popular bike tour of the year: a ride to Matheson Hammock Park and picnic at the historic pavilion. This tour leaves from the Coral Gables Youth Center (405 University Dr, Coral Gables). Presented in partnership with the City of Coral Gables.
* Tickets for Bike & BBQ will be purchased through the City of Coral Gables website.
Apr 19: UM Art Tour (Walking)
Drive or pedal to the University of Miami where our tour guide, Elvis Fuentes, Director of the Coral Gables Museum, will take us on a walk around the scenic UM campus to tour many of the art pieces on display.
May 17: Iconic Women of Coral Gables
Celebrate Women’s History Month with a bike tour that features notable residents from the founding of Coral Gables to the present day. The tour will be led by one of our local Great Women.
Jun 14: Royal Poinciana Fiesta

Celebrate the magnificent Flame Tree with the whole family on this tour of our best Royal Poincianas in full flower. Presented with the Tropical Flowering Tree Society as part of the annual Royal Poinciana Fiesta festival.
Jul 19: 250th Anniversary of Independence Day
Join the celebration! We will visit local sites that commemorate the patriotic spirit of our city and its leaders – past and present.
Aug 16: Montgomery Botanical Center
The Montgomery Botanical Center (MBC) is a research center and lush garden of international palms and cycads located right here in Coral Gables. Bring your family for this easy ride along the scenic paths.
Sep 20: Parks and Green Spaces, A Cycle Day Event
Enjoy a family-friendly bike ride starting with a bike safety demonstration for the kids. We will enjoy a guided tour of the city’s newest and most popular parks, and end the day with playtime at the Youth Center playground.
Oct 18: Pinewood Cemetery
Join us as we take a ghoulish tour through the Pinewood Cemetery, the oldest cemetery south of the Miami River and the final resting place of many of Dade County’s earliest pioneer settlers. This spooky cemetery features original tombstones and unmarked graves from early Florida pioneer times amidst a beautiful pine rock land habitat. Costumes encouraged!
Nov 15: Coral Gables (Horse) Riding Trail
We will explore the City following some of the historic bridle paths, and visit the location of stables and other historical equestrian features, including the Gables Riding Academy across from the Coral Gables Museum.
Dec 20: Houses of Worship
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, Hanukkah and Winter Solstice! This holiday season, join us in celebrating our City’s religious and architectural diversity! Feeling the spirit? Decorate your bike with holiday flair!
