I understand that I am applying for 1 six-foot rectangular table and 2 chairs for one second Saturday Family Day event at the Coral Gables Museum. Hours may vary month to month depending on the Family Day theme. I will be in touch with the Education department to finalize times of fair and final location of my table within the museum. This fee is non-refundable. The Education department reserves the right to approve vendor or exhibitor status. Exhibitors are community partners or schools in MDCPS. However, providing a free service during Family Day, for example: populating and servicing an arts and crafts station, bringing gifts (not promotional) for the families that come to the event, etc., then exhibitor status applies and the business may be promoted during Family Day as an exhibitor. Vendors and exhibitors are encouraged to bring tablecloths as museum may only provide a black tablecloth. I understand I must arrive at the designated time and leave once event concludes. Your application will be reviewed and acceptance confirmation to be vendor or exhibitor will be sent to the email provided.
The Education department reserves the right to determine acceptance to be part of the event based on space availability and/or other criteria.
