The speaker for this month is Faheem Mujahid, a Speaker, Master Trainer;  Integrative Health, Mindset & Performance Coach, and Meditation Teacher. Faheem spent most of his life as an athlete, and recognized the constant stress people often place on themselves, simply because they lack the proper understanding and/or appreciation for the development of a mindful practice. He utilizes his knowledge base in exercise science, nutrition, meditation and physiology to help inspire the charge to a healthier life.
