Her Health Matters workshop on March 22nd focuses on the important conversations surrounding women’s health it is a great way to talk about health surrounded by daughters, mothers, and other women in the community. ⁠

The Women in Leadership panel, taking place on March 29th, will explore the experience of women leaders in politics, such as Dorothy Thomson, the first female mayor of Coral Gables, and Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, the first Latina US congresswoman.⁠

This Friday at 6 PM, transcend to a world of musical bliss with the classical music of South Florida pianist and FIU professor José López, featuring immensely lyrical compositions, such as Teresa Carreño’s Elegy, Clementi’s tempestuous F-minor Sonata, and selections from Schubert’s last sonata trilogy.⁠
Proceeds from this program will support the accompanying exhibition catalog of Painting with Bronze, a retrospective show of local sculptor Freda Coffing Tschumy, on view at the Coral Gables Museum.⁠
Before the presentation, hear from artist Freda Tschumy and exhibition curator Yuni Villalonga about the ideas behind the show, with an exclusive opportunity to pre-order the catalog.⁠
